CANDYLICIOS sweetener

Neohesperidine dihydrochalcone as a substance which is 667 sweeter than 10% sucrose solution. It has been approved by the European Union for use in food as a sweetener (E 959). NHDC also got the authorized in the United States, Japan and New Zealand. Beside its sweetener properties can be use as a flavour enhancer and can hide salty or bitter aftertaste.

The minimum dosage - 1%.
